Instead, it looks at a much younger Winston, trying to make a name for himself at any cost. Robert Shaw puts in a great performance here, and while it might not be showing the most well-known version of Winston Churchill, it is still very entertaining and provides a great glimpse at what Winston was like at that point.

Oldman underwent a brilliant transformation in order to look as similar as possible, and while he certainly looked the part, he also acted it brilliantly.
