Masked Singer: What We Know About Nicole Scherzinger's Last LA Home
Nicole Scherzinger, a popular judge on The Masked Singer, recently put her almost $8 million Los Angeles home on the market. The singer became a household name when she joined the girl group, The Pussycat Dolls, in 2003. While the group broke up in 2010 and Nicole went on to release solo music, they came together again in 2019. She also appeared as a judge on both X Factor UK and X Factor US, as well as competed on and won Dancing With the Stars in 2010.
As of 2021, Nicole is currently one of the four judges on The Masked Singer in North America. The reality series became one of the highest-rated unscripted TV shows to debut in the United States since The X Factor US in 2011. Since then, the rating for The Masked Singer has only improved with time. Nicole has become a huge success with her singing career as a Pussycat Doll and as a judge on one of TV's most popular competition shows.
Last year, the 42-year-old gave Architectural Digest a tour of her lavish LA home shortly after she finished some major renovations. The contemporary-styled residence consists of four stories and is set high above the Sunset Strip. The 4,602-square-foot home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also boasts a clean-lined aesthetic, which was achieved after Nicole made a number of significant changes and upgrades during the five years she lived there. One of her biggest projects was knocking down a wall on the main level to allow for unobstructed views of the city, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining room. The amazing views are one of the reasons she purchased the beautiful home.
Nicole, who originally bought the home for $3.75 million in 2016, also showed off the same views from the attached kitchen, which features a custom-built marble-top center island, Calacatta marble counters, and custom wood cabinets. Not too far from the kitchen, a den can be found, which is one of Nicole's favorite rooms because "it’s so cozy" and it features more jaw-dropping views of the city. On the penthouse level, the master suite can be found, with a cozy nook and grand piano just outside the bedroom. The room features a black marble fireplace set across from the bed, a sitting room, and access to a private terrace. Her bathroom includes everything one needs in their master suite, such as a soaker tub and a steam shower. In addition, her home also includes a guest room she converted into a gym, a small pool, and a home theater with plush sofa beds.
While Nicole loved so many aspects of this home, she decided to move on to something bigger and better. While it's difficult to say goodbye to the beautiful city views and massive master suite, Nicole is ready to start a new chapter of her life in a new house. She is also selling her LA house for a profit, asking a massive $7.995 million for the home.
