WandaVision TikTok Parody Has Its Own Marvel-Style Twist

Warning! *The following article contains spoilers for WandaVision*
A clever WandaVision TikTok parody has its own Marvel style twist. WandaVision is the MCU's first foray into sitcom-style programming with a dark mystery lingering underneath every comic one-liner and zany situation. What's really going on with Wanda, a.k.a Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Vision (Paul Bettany), and their charmed married life in the city of Westview?
WandaVision's remaining six episodes have a lot of questions to answer. Last week's episode ended with Wanda magically throwing Geraldine out of Westview, after Geraldine (Teyonah Parris) basically reminded Wanda that her brother Pietro was killed by Ultron. Geraldine's real identity is Monica Rambeau, and Wanda seemingly started to catch on to Monica's real role as a SWORD agent when she noticed Monica's sword pendant. Wanda also encountered the SWORD logo on a red toy helicopter that crashed in her bushes. The SWORD helicopter was the first instance of color leaking into Wanda and Vision's black and white sitcom world. The question is, is SWORD trying to free Wanda from a world that she doesn't actually want to leave?
TikTok creator AirHayden created his own spin on the WandaVision helicopter scene. The parody video has some awesome Vision effects, a mysterious red car, and a great WandaVision worthy twist. Check out the cool TikTok video below.
The WandaVision TikTok parody was a great play on the show's main premise and overarching mystery that Wanda and company are being watched by an outside source. At the end of the first episode it was revealed that a mystery character was watching WandaVision on a monitor on the right, with the SWORD logo on a monitor on the left. (The popular theory is that Kat Denning's character Darcy Lewis from the first two Thor movies is the mystery watcher, due to the fact that Dennings is a confirmed WandaVision cast member.)
The clues kept coming in episode two after Wanda picked up the helicopter, with another voice on the radio asking, "Who's doing this to you Wanda?" Once again, SWORD seems to be responsible for every crack in Wanda's dream-like reality. After all, the mysterious voice has been confirmed to have been FBI agent Jimmy Woo (Randall Park) who was last seen in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Each episode of WandaVision seems to be cleverly bringing back past characters from the first three phases of the MCU in order to team up and figure out who's the real villain of the story. The question remains. Does Wanda really want SWORD's help? (All evidence at this point in the series points to a big no.)
The mystery of WandaVision continues to deepen with each new episode. Paul Bettany has said that the ending of WandaVision will change how fans view the MCU. Hopefully the remaining episodes will provide some satisfying answers to payoff all the clues that have been dropped so far in the series. Episode four of WandaVision airs this Friday, January 29th, only on Disney Plus.
