Trailer Park Boys: Every Trailer Park Supervisor (& Assistant Supervisor), Ranked
The Sunnyvale Trailer Park that appears in Netflix's hit Trailer Park Boys franchise has seen some rough days over the years as it was locked in the ongoing war between the Boys (Ricky, Julian and Bubbles) and Jim Lahey and Randy, who attempt to keep order in Sunnyvale as the Trailer Park (and Assistant Trailer Park) Supervisors.
Of course, those highly valued park positions switch roles as often as the Boys go to jail, and each new Trailer Park Supervisor (and Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor) have brought their own skills or troubles to the job over the years, which we'll take a closer look at as we explore the best Sunnyvale Trailer Park supervisors.
10 Private Dancer - Trailer Park Security
While the man who became known as Private Dancer never actually earned either title of supervisor at Sunnyvale, Leslie Dancer (Daniel Lillford) was brought on as the head of security during the ninth season, and he attempted to enforce increasingly strict rules in an attempt to keep Ricky out of the park.
However, while he claimed to be a Colonel it was revealed he only achieved the rank of Private, leading to his authority-reducing nickname. Dancer did go off the rails like most trailer park supervisors and attempted to kill the Boys and destroy Julian's bar, so he belongs here with the rest of them.
9 Sam Losco - Runner-Up Trailer Park Supervisor
Sam Losco earned a number of nicknames during his time on Trailer Park Boys, from Samsquanch to Caveman to the Denture King, though he was almost also the Trailer Park Supervisor after he ran against Jim Lahey during the second season's election, which was one of the only democratic examples of supervisor election in the series.
Losco is almost universally hated around the park, though he was close to winning the election due to a recent bad spell from Mr. Lahey, though he blew the televised debate after the Boys dosed him with magic mushrooms and lost the election.
8 Donald - Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor
The eighth season introduced a new Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor named Donald, who was played by SwearNet: The Movie's Leigh MacInnis and worked under Randy after Mr. Lahey's retirement.
However, Donald's time in the position was very short-lived and he became a recurring character along with his twin sister Donna, who was really just another of Don's personalities. This Don is not to be confused with the unseen but frequently heard Donny (voiced by Mike Smith), who can be heard yelling in the park when things get a little too crazy.
7 George Green - Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor
Ricky, Julian, Bubbles, and the other residents of Sunnyvale had to frequently deal with problems created by the trailer park supervisors, but there was also the threat of the local law enforcement, which was usually headed up by officer George Green (George Green).
However, after Green was driven a little mad following Lahey's reinstatement as an officer, Green was kicked off of the force. He was eventually given the Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor position by Randy out of pity, though he spent most of his time investigating the Boys and verbally abusing Randy, so he was fired.
6 Bernie Sanford - President Of The IATPTPSAATPS
Trailer park supervisors from outside of Sunnyvale were introduced on Trailer Park Boys when Mr. Lahey won an award (even though he wasn't technically supervisor at the time), which was being personally delivered by Bernie Sanford, President of The International Association of Trailer Parks, Trailer Park Supervisors and Assistant Trailer Park Supervisors/IATPTPSAATPS.
Sanford only appeared in one episode but he left an impression on fans due to his legendary right hook, the fact that he does not get shook, and he definitely has no candy for people like Ricky unless it's the aforementioned right hook.
5 Ray - Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor
After Jim Lahey was reinstated to the police force, Randy was made the Associate Trailer Park Supervisor while Rick's step-dad Ray (Barrie Dunn) was given the position of Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor in the sixth season.
Ray was generally negligent of his duties and wasn't in the position long as he didn't even technically live at the park anymore, having been evicted after his trailer was burnt down by Ricky in the fifth season, but he was still better to the Boys than some of the other supervisors.
4 Randy - Associate Trailer Park Supervisor
Randy "Bobandy" (Pat Roach) was a former male prostitute known as Smoky before he joined Jim Lahey as his partner and the Assistant Trailer Park supervisor who has a long connection to the Boys as they all went to school together as children.
While Randy was frequently caught up in some of Mr. Lahey's worst schemes, he also cared about the park and was made the Associate Trailer Park Supervisor in the sixth season after a stint as the Weekend Trailer Park Supervisor when Lahey was struggling with the liquor, though they eventually resumed their usual roles and returned to hassling the Boys in Sunnyvale.
3 Bubbles - Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor
The fourth season of Trailer Park Boys started with a number of new changes in Sunnyvale after Julian went to jail alongside Randy and Mr. Lahey in the finale of the previous season, as Ricky and Bubbles were made the new trailer park supervisors. Bubbles served well as the Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor and Sunnyvale was prospering with the two of them in charge.
Unfortunately, it was Bubbles' love for wrestling that ultimately cost them the positions during a match in the fan-favorite episode "The Green Bastard," though he was instrumental in setting up the peace agreement with Lahey that made Ray the Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor as he hoped to get him out of the dump.
2 Ricky - Trailer Park Supervisor
Ricky was surprisingly one of the best Trailer Park Supervisors that Sunnyvale had ever seen, as he kept the park clean, followed orders from the park owner and his sometimes girlfriend Barb Lahey. Ricky also worked well with his assistant Bubbles while also setting up a successful grow-op without constant harassment from Lahey and Randy.
Ricky first earned the job of Temporary Relief Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor in the third season before he got the promotion to full time, and likely would have kept it if he didn't lose the position alongside Bubbles during a wrestling match with Mr. Lahey and Randy.
1 Mr. Lahey - Trailer Park Supervisor
Jim Lahey (played by the late John Dunsworth) was the most frequent Trailer Park Supervisor of Sunnyvale over twelve seasons of the regular series and a number of specials that charted his rise and fall from police officer to struggling park supervisor and back and back again.
While he frequently let the park fall to pieces in his obsessive drive to catch Ricky and Julian in one of their schemes, he did it out of misguided love for the park that was able to shine through the liquor a few times in the series. Following the passing of Dunsworth, the series hasn't focused on the rotating supervisor position storylines, letting it somewhat retire with Mr. Lahey.
