RHONJ: Why Fans Think Teresa Giudice Is Promoting A Sketchy Website
Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey is raising eyebrows by promoting a possibly sketchy designer knock-off website. The reality star, whose new boyfriend Luis' prior assault charges have surfaced, has raised some red flags with viewers. They are speculating that she might be doing something that leads to legal troubles down the line. She has already been to prison after being convicted of wire, mail, and bankruptcy fraud.
Teresa and Joe Giudice's legal troubles began back in 2013. Before the reality TV show premiered, when they were applying for loans, Teresa and Joe were accused of inflating their incomes. Fans were surprised when the couple was later accused of hiding their increased assets in a bankruptcy filing. This happened after the first season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey aired. Teresa spent 15 months in jail, while Joe spent three years behind bars. He was deported to Italy due to his bad choices, including never filing to become an American citizen.
Now, fans and followers are wondering if Teresa, who has been criticized for having a "double standard," is taking part in shady behavior. The mother of four has been called out numerous times for wearing fake Gucci and carrying a faux Balenciaga bag. In a recent Instagram Story, she appears to push a website that has gotten numerous complaints. Some reviewers allege that it is a scam site.
Some Real Housewives fans are extremely irritated with the reality star because they are concerned that she is putting herself in a compromising position again. In her stories, the "Skinny Italian" author spoke to fans, telling them about a website called STS Personal Shopper. Immediately, fans noticed an issue. When they clicked the link in her IG, they were brought to a completely different site than the one they would visit if they clicked the link on the store's profile. These were warning signals to fans, who speculated that it might be a dummy business. This means a scam company that sets up multiple websites. Usually, a dummy business will take funds with no intention of ever mailing out the products that customers order. The website Scam Detector alleges that the site is bogus.
Fans were outraged at her post, They felt that she had learned nothing from her time in prison. They assumed she would be more careful after being convicted of felony charges. Also, fans wonder why the mother of four, who can definitely afford genuine Gucci shoes rather than duping fans with fake designer clothing, doesn't buy a real pair?
The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Wednesday at 10 pm EST on Bravo
