It was last November when Teresa confirmed her romance with the single father of two sons. Teresa and the New Jersey businessman hit it off and were first spotted by a The Real Housewives of New Jersey fan at a softball game. The following month, Teresa and Luis posed for a holiday couples pic alongside her brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Melissa Gorga. It had been a long time since Teresa had been in a relationship following her 2019 divorce from Joe Giudice. Since then, the romance and PDA between Teresa and Luis have heated up, with the Bravo star frequently teasing their relationship on social media.
Over the weekend, the OG housewife took to Instagram to share a glam shot with her new beau. Teresa and Luis smiled from ear to ear, and the "Fabulicious" author looked remarkably young in the photo. "Happy to have the other half of my HEART ❤️ @louiearuelas #soulmate #complete #truelove #grateful," she captioned the pic. While many of her followers praised Teresa for how gorgeous she looked, there were others who called her out for posting what appeared to be an altered shot. "Holy moly macaroni PHOTO SHOP REAL PHOTO PLEASE," one user said. "Nice face tune can't tell at all," added another.
There was even someone who asked the reality star if she has to post a photo of herself every day. It's clear that the fan was keeping tabs on the housewife's IG activity. However, the Photoshop accusations kept on coming. "How long did it take you to touch up your face. SO FAKEEEEEE," quipped one follower. “Seriously – she even had her hairline pushed back photoshopped on this pic,” another said. Someone suggested that the mother of four "just be natural" with another telling her to stay away from the "fake yucky photo garbage shop."
Teresa is known to have thick skin when it comes to taking criticism from fans. She's been dealing with it since The Real Housewives of New Jersey season one. Most recently, fans have accused her of getting away with bad girl behavior due to her long history of starting trouble on the show. This current season follows her "ugly drama" with Jackie Goldschneider, which began after Teresa spread baseless cheating rumors about her husband. Yes, Teresa can dish it out, but she can also take it.
